Shipping.
We ship worldwide, by air, and rates are calculated based on the weight and zone where you reside. You can click on a button in your shopping cart to estimate shipping costs. The shopping cart only appears if you place an item on it.
Products can also be picked up from our store, without any shipping costs. When checking out, you will be able to select this option.
Returns / Servicing.
For returns of damaged items due to shipping, shipping costs will be borne by us. We do take great care in packaging for shipping, as well as in ensuring customers get what they purchased - i.e. color, model. Shipping damages are highly unlikely, however.
For returns due to servicing outside the warranty period, shipping costs will be borne by the customer, as well as service fees.
For returns due to servicing within the warranty period, shipping costs to us will be borne by the customer, and we will bear the shipping costs back to the customer.
In our shop,all airsoft gun, parts, accessories and others are just for toy use only. Before shiping, we will paint muzzle orange and removed the real trademark.
